Yes, hypnosis is a completely natural state! It’s similar to the relaxed state you enter just before falling asleep or when you’re deeply absorbed in a task like reading or daydreaming. Your mind is always in control, and we’re simply guiding you to tap into your subconscious.

No way! Hypnosis is not like the stage hypnosis you might have seen on TV. You are fully aware and in control the entire time. You’ll never do anything that goes against your will or values. It’s all about helping you achieve your goals in a safe and respectful way.

Each RTT® session typically lasts between 90 to 120 minutes. This gives us enough time to dive deep into the root of the issue and work through it thoroughly.

If we experience any technical issues, don’t worry! I’ll guide you back to where we left off once we reconnect. If for some reason we can’t resume the session, we’ll simply reschedule for a time that works for you.
